PART-TIME KITCHEN CREW – SMASH’D BROS

Smashd Bros is opening a 2nd location, and we’re excited to share it with everyone! We’re a vibrant, fun-loving team that knows how to have a laugh, but when it’s busy, we’re focused, organised, and dedicated to delivering great food and great service.
We’re looking for part-time kitchen crew to join the Smash’d Bros family — people who can bring energy, teamwork, and pride to everything they do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing, assembling, and cooking burgers, fries, and sides to Smash’d Bros standards.
• Following food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organised throughout your shift.
• Assisting with prep work (cutting, portioning, and restocking ingredients).
• Jumping on the line during service — from grill to assembly.
• Handling takeaway packaging so every order goes out fresh and consistent.
• Helping with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation.
• Supporting the team wherever needed to keep service moving fast and smooth.
• Taking phone orders and giving friendly customer service when required.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous kitchen or fast-food experience preferred, but not essential.
• Attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
• Good knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy rushes.
• Positive, reliable, and a strong team player.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
