Job Duties:

• Ensure thorough washing, sanitizing, and proper storage of all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
• Maintain order and accessibility by properly stocking and organizing kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Manage waste by removing trash, clearing out kitchen garbage bins, and correctly handling recycling and compost materials.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and storage areas, and disposing of trash at the end of each shift.
• Assist with food preparation tasks during downtime in dishwashing.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, with a knack for fostering a cooperative team atmosphere.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
