Description

We are working exclusively with our client to identify a part-time Project Manager with a strong background in instructional design to support onboarding and oversight of a group of consultants. This person will act as the central point of coordination between our internal team, external consultants, and the client, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding of new consultants
  • Serve as the main communication bridge between consultants, Clarity, and client stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve workflows
  • Provide QA/QC review of consultant deliverables to ensure instructional soundness and alignment with client expectations
  • Support project forecasting, including advising on timing for bringing on new consultants
  • Assist in creating project estimates and assigning appropriate resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to support consultants as needed

Start Date: Early August
Duration: 3 months with the possibility to extend
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

  • Strong project management experience; PMP certification is preferred but not required
  • Experience managing instructional design projects and teams
  • Extensive experience utilizing project management tools like MS Project or Monday.com
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and guide others through unclear or shifting priorities
  • Strong understanding of effective instructional design principles and ability to evaluate the quality of instructional design work
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Articulate 360; familiarity with Uplimit is a plus.
  • Comfortable using AI tools where appropriate
  • Comfortable providing estimates and forecasting projects
  • A background check is required.
