Key Responsibilities:
· Support with the development and delivery of engaging programming reflective of BGCs mission, vision, values and programming outcomes for children in grades 1- 8, in high priority neighbourhoods across the City of Hamilton.
· Reporting to the program supervisor, with the ability to work independently and foster a team approach.
· Demonstrate use of positive behaviour guidance, support staff with behaviour guidance techniques, best practices and on the spot mentorship and feedback.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative in a rapidly-shifting program environment
· Keyholder responsibilities.
