We manage the entire process, from formulation and product development to manufacturing, while adhering to strict international quality standards. Our clients include international and local brands, retailers, healthcare companies, and public figures, with products distributed worldwide.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect Identification: Research and compile lists of high-value accounts and prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile across Asia.
  • Multichannel Outreach: Initiate contact through email, social media, cold calls, and other digital channels with compelling, customised messaging.
  • Lead Qualification: Screen inbound and outbound leads, capture key data, and evaluate potential fit for handover to our strategic team.
  • Data Management: Keep an accurate database of prospects – track outreach history, lead status and follow-ups.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, support the development of a professional WeChat presence, monitor campaign responses, and identify qualified leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, response times, and engagement quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and lead trends; refine engagement strategies for better customer acquisition results.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – Able to engage beauty and personal care brands with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proactive and results-focused – Independently thrives on achieving targets while maintaining a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Industry-relevant experience – Background in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development in beauty, personal care, or related industries is a plus.
  • Digitally adept and resourceful – Confident in using CRM systems, market databases, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn and Maimai.
  • Insight-driven approach – Capable of analysing market data and refining lead strategies to connect with high-potential brand partners.
  • Proficient in engaging with both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
