(PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our growing team as a Part-Time Leasing Agent serving our Williamsport apartment communities. PMI manages over $4 billion in real estate assets, serves 30,000+ residents, and partners with 360 clients nationwide. This role is responsible for greeting prospective residents, showcasing our communities, assisting with leasing activities, and providing exceptional customer service to support occupancy goals. A Pennsylvania Real Estate License is preferred but not required—if you don’t have one, PMI will cover the cost to obtain it. Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc. Various data entry. Requirements Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

The Leasing Agent is responsible for showcasing apartment communities to prospective residents and assisting with leasing activities. They also handle daily customer service tasks, including processing work order requests and performing data entry.
