General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic and energetic Leasing Consultant for our apartment communities in the Durham, NC area!
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct any and all communication with customers, prospects, residents, or applicants
Show and tour apartments
Provide excellent customer service to all customers, prospects, residents, and applicants
Requirements
At least 1+ year(s) experience in sales and customer service
Previous leasing experience is a plus
Valid driver's license
Passing of a criminal background check
