Position: Part-Time Leasing Professional Location: The Cove- Canal Winchester, OH Office Hours: Part-Time, 3 days per week Monday and Wednesday 9am-5pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives What You'll Do: You’ll support leasing success and create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents by: Engaging prospects, conducting tours, and highlighting community features Managing inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation in Yardi Assisting with applications, renewals, and insurance verification Ensuring seamless move-ins and maintaining model/market-ready units Supporting bookkeeping, reporting, marketing, social media, and resident events Who You Are: A customer-focused, organized professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
