POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Department of Classics at Mount Allison University invites applications for a stipendiary position to teach the following course during the Winter term of the 2025–2026 academic year:
LATI 2101: Readings in Latin Literature

Preference will be given to applicants who:

  • Are available to teach the course in person;
  • Hold a PhD in Classics or a closely related field;
  • Have prior university-level teaching experience.

The course involves three hours of in-person instruction per week. While in-person teaching is preferred, the university may consider offering this course online. The anticipated enrolment is between 5 and 10 students.
