We are now looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions in the School of Education and Languages: ENGL 2230EEF Introduction to English Linguistics Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following: planning and teaching the above full-time Course for undergraduate students; completing related duties including preparing teaching notes, marking and commenting on assignments and exam scripts, and conducting tutorials; assisting in the development of teaching and learning activities; providing consultation to students; and performing other duties related to the development and delivery of the course. Candidates Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes: a recognized Master’s degree or above, preferably in the area of Linguistics, English Studies, Applied Linguistics or other related disciplines; excellent written and oral communication skills in English; ability to work independently as well as in a team; and preference will be given to those who have tertiary teaching experience.
