We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages: 講師（兼職）香港都會大學教育及語文學院現誠聘講師（兼職）任教教育榮譽學士（中國語文教學）及語言研究榮譽學士（應用中國語言）學位課程（全日制）內的下列科目：科目編號科目名稱學期 EDU 3388ECF 教育專業：領導與管理 2026年夏季開課日期: 2026年5月(夏季學期)。任教者須於日間主持面授課堂。主要職責講授課堂及相關教學活動；設計、編寫及評改學生作業；設計課程教案及編訂／更新教學套件（如教材、學習活動、評估工具等），以配合課程學習成果；及參與本科相關的其他工作（如課程檢討、會議、學生支援及質素保證活動等）。入職條件持有認可碩士或以上學位，主修教育領導與管理、教育行政或相關範疇者優先；曾修讀教育管理、學校領導或組織行為等相關課程者優先；具有本地中小學教師資格，並熟悉香港學校的教育專業領導與管理框架及政策（如校本管理、學校發展及自評機制等）；具有不少於五年本地中小學教育領導與管理相關實務經驗，例如參與學校人事及資源管理、學校發展及策略規劃工作，具教師培訓或相關教學經驗者優先；及具良好的中文書寫及聽講能力，能以粵語教授與教育領導及管理相關之課程內容。申請手續如有興趣加入我們，申請人可透過大學的網上職位申請系統遞交申請。有關本校的一般資料，請瀏覽本校之網站 http://www.hkmu.edu.hk。本校將根據本身所制訂的保障個人資料(私隱)政策嚴謹地使用申請者所提供的個人資料。有關「個人資料(私隱)公告(適用於求職者)」可在上述網站查閱。若在截止日期後起計八星期內未獲約見，是次申請可作不成功論。
