About Trellis Counseling
Trellis Counseling is a values-driven, community-focused group practice with locations in Milwaukie and Clackamas, Oregon.
We’re a team of caring professionals dedicated to enhancing the mental health and well-being of adults, families, and couples in our community. Our clinicians value collaboration, integrity, and compassion, and we pride ourselves on creating an environment where both our clients and our team members can truly flourish.
At Trellis Counseling, our mission is to provide excellent, ethical care while supporting our team members like a trellis supports a growing plant. We believe in compassion with honesty and integrity, unwavering commitment to quality, and maintaining the strong reputation we’ve built in our community.
We also believe in fostering joy and growth—for our clients, for our practice, and for you.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a part-time, fully licensed mental health therapist to join our team in-person at our Clackamas location, Harmony House.
This role is ideal for experienced clinicians who want flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive clinical community without the administrative hassle of running a solo practice.
You’ll provide high-quality, trauma-informed outpatient therapy for adults—and, if you wish, may also work with adolescents, couples, or families depending on your interests and training.
Our goal is to help you build a sustainable, meaningful caseload while offering you the flexibility you need to balance work and life.

  • Administrative support for billing, marketing, and scheduling—so you can focus on client care
  • Collaborative, values-driven team that prioritizes professional growth, case consultation, and shared learning

  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests within 48 business hours
  • Collaborate as needed with clients’ treatment teams (e.g., primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools)
  • Complete all clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, terminations, etc.) accurately and by Friday each week
  • Attend required team meetings and trainings as directed
  • Conduct all services professionally and ethically to maintain the strong reputation of Trellis Counseling
  • Work respectfully and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
