We are looking for part time lifeguards to join our team. Crowhurst Park is a 5* Holiday Park in Battle, East Sussex. Our Leisure Centre not only provides facilities for our Holiday customers but also our substantial membership of local residents.
Here at Crowhurst Park, we want everyone’s leisure experience to be a great one, whether that’s relaxing whilst on holiday, a quick cardio session before work or a baby having their first ever swim.

We are looking for a ‘people person’ who enjoys working with the general public but isn’t afraid to muck in and help keep the club clean and tidy. Hours will vary and will include weekends and evenings (could work around college or another job) and you need to be flexible, to help cover holidays and sickness. Main duties include:

• Lifeguarding our 18m swimming pool and keeping our customers safe
• Welcoming guests and members and dealing with general enquiries
• Cleaning of the facilities
• Regular pool tests
• Dealing with any issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

The suitable applicant will possess the following attributes:

• Fully NPLQ qualified
• Polite and confident dealing with people
• Well presented
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends
• Own transport preferable due to remote location
