As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working as an integral member of our interdisciplinary team. In partnership with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, providers, therapy, social services, dietary, and facility leadership, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, communicate changes to the appropriate clinical staff, and ensure accurate documentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to resident-centered care help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident. The LPN plays a key role in the daily operations of the nursing department by collaborating with nursing assistants, responding to resident needs, assisting with admissions and discharges, carrying out physician orders, and helping coordinate care across departments. You will support quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention practices, and regulatory compliance while contributing to a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
