POSITION OVERVIEW

The Part-Time Maintenance and Delivery Coordinator supports daily operations by maintaining the cleanliness and function of office facilities, managing magazine deliveries and rack upkeep, and ensuring accurate inventory records for magazines we publish and deliver of some client publication. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while performing deliveries and light maintenance duties across multiple locations.

ADMINISTRATIVE & SPECIAL TASKS

• Track magazine inventory at distribution center weekly
• Upload and organize delivery photos on the office computer
• Respond to email task requests from staff for pick-ups, labeling, and delivery runs
• Assist with special projects and office support as needed
