Position: Part-Time Maintenance/Custodial Technician Location: Hopper Hill Condominium – Cincinnati, Ohio Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week — flexible scheduling based on property needs Competitive Pay: Up to $18/hour, based on experience. What You’ll Do Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and Project Manager to ensure the property is well cared for and runs smoothly. Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager regarding maintenance concerns and work orders. Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings to ensure a clean, professional appearance. Assist the Project Manager with vendor bids and special projects. Paint, clean, and repair using various hand and power tools. Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Assemble, install, and repair wiring, plumbing, and other building systems. Keep maintenance supplies organized and stocked. Who You Are Have at least one year of maintenance or custodial experience. Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position.
