Our care team has extensive clinical experience, specializing in dementia care and aiming to be a holistic person-centered care provider to all its Residents. All our staff are highly trained by us, driven by our philosophy that each staff member should provide the same levels of care that they would want for their own loved ones.

• Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
• Working with outside contractors for major repair work.
• Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
• Performing inspections and recording the results.
• Gardening
• Tidying external areas
• Painting
• Providing holiday cover for the maintenance person in a number of different home
