Responsible for preventive maintenance programs, and coordination with vendors and contractors working closely with the Maintenance technicians within our Portland/South Portland/Scarborough cluster of hotels and reporting to our Area Chief of Maintenance. Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members. Specific Job Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs. Must be able to carry 35–50 lbs. up to 200 ft. Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull.
Responsibilities
The role oversees all property maintenance operations, ensuring systems and equipment function efficiently and safely, and is responsible for preventive maintenance programs. This position involves coordination with vendors and contractors while working closely with other maintenance technicians across a cluster of hotels.
