This role encompasses crucial aspects of facility management, including planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence. Fulfill part-time position requirements, Monday - Friday, with flexibility between the hours of 10am - 2pm, primarily during daytime hours. Assume on-call responsibilities as a vital part of the maintenance team. Execute assigned maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. Maintain meticulous records and complete comprehensive documentation of work accomplished, time allocation, purchases, and other relevant information. Procure and evaluate bids for externally contracted projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Diligently track and manage annual maintenance plans and preventive maintenance checklists to ensure optimal facility operations. Qualifications What Makes You A Great Fit: Valid Drivers License is required Experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair. Must have available reliable and appropriate means of transportation and basic tools Good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member.
