We are now seeking a motivated and organised Part-Time Manager to lead our Canning Vale centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tutoring centre (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays).
• Manage and support a team of tutors to ensure quality teaching and student engagement.
• Liaise with parents and students, providing progress updates and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment with the Australian Curriculum in all learning programs.
• Coordinate scheduling, bookings and reporting via our tutoring management system.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment.

About You

• Proven experience in managing teams or operations (education sector experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum (Mathematics and English focus preferred).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible and reliable with availability on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings and Saturdays.
• A proactive leader with a passion for education and student success.
