• Duties
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company procedures.
• Manage and supervise team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
• Maintain organisational standards by ensuring the cafe is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities including organising the rota

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Solid organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Experience in merchandising and understanding of retail dynamics is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges
