KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Demonstrated ability and experience in community-engagement and community building preferred
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role
· Must be a self-starter and a ‘go-getter’
· Must be highly creative with ideas and vision
· Must be able to use tech skills to produce their creative vision and maintain website
· Should be a “Growth-oriented”
· Must be genuinely interested and able to “mine” the concepts of what OS is all about, and regularly check for alignment, prior to creating vision for its promotion
· New Church background is an advantage and is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Creating a vision as to how to effectively and creatively promote and market OS to surrounding community
  • Communicating vision to the Olivet Board of Directors and school staff
  • Creating campaigns using various media and avenues to spread awareness about OS and extol its merits
  • Managing inquiries to the school
  • Providing onsite tours and facilitating meetings with interested parents and the administrator and pastoral staff
  • Creating innovative content for the school website and maintaining regular updates on website
  • Creating new, professional-looking pamphlets and handbooks for the school
