Bario Neal is a fast-growing company that is redefining jewelry as well as ethical and sustainable business practices. We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, enthusiastic, reliable, and positive Part-Time Marketing Administrative Assistant to assist at our Philadelphia office for three days a week, Wednesday- Friday. This position has the opportunity to become a full time position in the future.

SKILLS:

  • Image retouching and video editing skills.
  • Photography and video skills with post-production editing.
  • Writing and copy editing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, WordPress, Google Drive/Excel, and Dropbox.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Storytelling through copy and imagery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design and editing skills and familiarity with design software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Interest in and knowledge of ethical and sustainable business practices.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in shot list creation with creative direction from the Owner and Marketing Director for social or larger shoots.
  • Assist in photography and videography that would include shooting of jewelry, gemstones, behind-the-scenes content and other marketing materials.
  • Edit content for digital and social media channels.
  • Copywriting for social platforms and marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities.
  • Post and engage on our social media channels.
  • Work in collaboration with the team to build out monthly social calendars.
  • Proofreading and copy editing/marketing materials.
  • Manage marketing-related files and archives, ensuring organization and easy access to materials.
  • Provide general image support for marketing materials.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
