Position: Marketing Coordinator Status: Part-time, Non-exempt Location: Remote Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible schedule Who we are: Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assisting in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia, and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence. What you’ll do: The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day marketing execution and coordination support across Intent Clinical’s Core and Employer Services efforts. This role helps keep marketing deliverables organized, moving, and on track—supporting campaigns, events, webinars, and content updates in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once with consistent follow-through. This is an execution-focused role that supports the team by coordinating logistics, keeping materials up to date, and ensuring deadlines are met. This position works closely with the Employer Services (ES) and Business Development teams to help translate clinically led content and strategic priorities into polished, branded, and market-ready marketing materials. Marketing Execution, Content, and Brand Support Maintain and distribute a shared marketing master calendar Support execution of marketing deliverables across Core and Employer Services, including decks, one-pagers, newsletters, landing pages, and other client-facing collateral Coordinate website updates and content publishing (blogs, landing pages, Learning Series uploads, and routine edits) Assist with presentation development and formatting (slide edits, template use, brand consistency, and version control) Support monthly newsletter production and segmented campaign execution in alignment with approved messaging and brand standards Ensure quality control across published materials (accuracy, formatting, and up-to-date messaging) Campaign Operations, Events, and Marketing Coordination Maintain the marketing master calendar, ensuring timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are organized and communicated clearly. Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, and events (registration setup, speaker scheduling, vendor communication, swag/shipping, and day-of support as needed) Support sponsorship and conference workflow tracking (deadlines, submissions, deliverables, and follow-up coordination) Assist with Salesforce marketing operations (campaign tagging, list management/segmentation, and basic tracking/reporting support) Partner with Employer Services, Business Development, and Intake teams to ensure marketing initiatives stay aligned across service lines and that follow-through is coordinated What you’ll bring: Minimum of an associates degree in communications, graphic design or related field. 1 year of experience creating and managing branding for a company Proficient in using Adobe Suite products – Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design a must. Proficient in managing social media accounts – specifically Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram Ideally you have (but not required): Knowledge of behavioral health, psychology or the healthcare industry Demonstrated engagement in community service initiatives, particularly those focused on underserved communities.
