Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

Ensure Krank Brooklyn always has a forward-looking, actionable marketing plan and that all campaigns are executed on time. This role is less about “creating all the marketing” and more about owning the process—planning, organizing, tracking, and ensuring things get done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning:
  • Meet weekly with Dan + team to map upcoming marketing pushes.
  • Translate discussions into a clear calendar of campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Project Management:
  • Own Asana (or similar tool): build projects, assign tasks, track progress.
  • Send reminders, follow-ups, and hold the team accountable for deadlines.
  • Execution Support:
  • Draft and organize meeting notes into actions.
  • Support 1–2 hours per week on smaller tasks (e.g., event flyers, email formatting, scheduling posts).
