Description We are seeking a creative and mission-driven individual to help share our story with prospective families and the wider community. This is an ideal position for a talented parent, parishioner, retiree, freelancer, or professional seeking meaningful part-time work that supports Catholic education. The Marketing Coordinator will support the school’s core outreach efforts by maintaining a consistent public presence and promoting admissions and major events. This role focuses on high-impact tasks that can be accomplished within approximately 10-12 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available, with some coordination around key school events. Requirements Manage the school’s social media accounts with regular, mission-aligned content Promote open houses, admissions events, and enrollment deadlines Create simple promotional materials (flyers, graphics, ads) using provided branding Update key website pages with current information and events Share highlights of student life, school achievements, and community activities Coordinate with staff to gather photos and stories Support promotion of major school events and fundraising initiatives You may be a strong fit if you: Are supportive of Catholic education and the mission of the school Are organized, dependable, and able to work independently Have strong writing and communication skills Are comfortable using social media platforms Can create clean, attractive materials using tools such as Canva or similar Enjoy telling meaningful stories and promoting a positive community Marketing experience is helpful but not required for candidates with strong skills and initiative.
