Description
Description At risk3sixty, we have the strategy and the vision—now we need the Operator. We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented execution specialist to manage our marketing engine. You will take the high-level ideas from our Growth Strategist and VP of Product and turn them into live campaigns, organized social feeds, and measurable tests. If you love the "how" as much as the "what," and you thrive on keeping channels organized and experiments running on time, this is your role. Why risk3sixty? We move fast, and we need an Operator who can keep up. You’ll be a key part of a high-trust team where your ability to execute directly impacts our growth. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) perfect for someone who excels at managing multiple moving parts with precision. What You’ll Do (The Execution Core) Social Media Management: Own the posting schedule across all platforms (primarily LinkedIn). You will organize, format, and deploy content to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence. Campaign Implementation: Build and launch the workflows, emails, and ads defined in our growth plan. You are the one "pushing the buttons" in HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. A/B Testing & Iteration: Execute "split tests" on headlines, imagery, and CTAs. You’ll track the data to see what actually converts and report back on what we should double down on. Channel Organization: Keep our marketing house in order. You’ll manage our content calendar, asset library, and lead-tracking sheets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Feedback Loop: Monitor engagement and analytics daily. You aren't just posting; you’re watching the pulse of our channels and providing the data the Strategist needs to refine the plan. Requirements Who You Are The "Doer": You find deep satisfaction in moving tasks from "In Progress" to "Done." You are a master of project management tools and timelines. Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable inside HubSpot (or similar CRMs), social media scheduling tools, and basic design tools like Canva or Figma to make quick tweaks to assets. Analytical Mindset: You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should know how to read a dashboard and identify trends (e.g., "This post format gets 3x more clicks than the other"). Process-Oriented: You love a good SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). You’ll help us document our marketing processes so they can be repeated and scaled.
Responsibilities
You will manage the marketing engine by implementing campaigns, organizing social media feeds, and executing measurable tests. Your role will involve monitoring engagement and analytics to refine marketing strategies.
