JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on executor responsible for the day-to-day implementation of our e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns. This role is central to maintaining our promotion calendar, pulling campaign data, supporting affiliate relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our core platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in marketplace channel management, particularly Amazon, who excels at managing multiple tasks and ensuring flawless execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven, hands-on experience managing and growing sales on Amazon Seller Central is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience with other e-commerce marketplaces, including Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to pull, clean, and organize data from multiple sources into clear reports.
  • Hands-on experience with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience working within an affiliate marketing program (e.g., on ShareASale, CJ, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the tenacity to contact platform support and see issues through to resolution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
