POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Medical Office Assistant (MOA), you will play a key role in both the clinical and administrative sides of our patient experience. You will support physicians, aestheticians, and fellow team members while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for our patients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical or clinical industry
  • Completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant certification program
  • Proficient in EMR systems, appointment scheduling, and clinical documentation
  • Saturday availability is required
Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out process
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage clinic calendar
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Maintain patient charts and documentation in the EMR
  • Assist with Medical Services Plan (MSP) billing and documentation
  • Ensure reception area is tidy, stocked, and presentable at all times
