Rebalance Sports Medicine Yonge & Adelaide is a reputable, fast paced sports medicine clinic located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We are looking for a reliable and motivated medical receptionist to join our team of Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors and Sports Medicine Doctors. The position is Permanent, Part-Time, Monday to Friday from 2pm-6pm.
The ideal candidate wants to grow with the company, and is an effective
communicator (in person, phone and email). We are also looking for someone who has
strong customer service skills, is detail oriented and has strong computer proficiency
(typing, emailing, scanning, navigating clinic software). The ideal candidate is
organized, punctual and can work well in a team atmosphere.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:· Answering telephones, emails and other patient inquiries
· Scheduling appointments
· Taking payments/billing
· Keeping track of inventory
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Managing clinic flow and organization
· Tidying up the clinic and restocking supplies in the treatment rooms
· Communicating with patients, therapists and other receptionists
· Flexible to cover vacation and sick days for other receptionists
Prerequisites and skills include:(Preference will be given to those candidates that have the following)
· Minimum two years experience in medical office, hospitality or customer service industry. Preference will be given to candidates with physiotherapy clinic
experience
· Experience with Jane app and/or another EMR system
· Strong computer proficiency
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills including excellent phone manner
· Shows initiative and has the ability to work with minimal supervision
