SUMMARY

We are seeking a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at California Orthopaedic Institute. This vital role will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients in a busy healthcare environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent in person customer service skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with medical scheduling and office procedures.
  • Experience with an electronic health record systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
