Description Part-Time Medical Spa Receptionist Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Medical Spa Receptionist, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the health and beauty industry while working flexible hours that fit your schedule. Pay- $15/hr. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service - Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s appointment calendar - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle client communications - Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting - Support administrative tasks such as processing payments and managing retail inventory Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in a reception or customer service role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling software - Professional appearance and friendly demeanor - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Hours are: Tuesdays- 9-12 Every other Thursday 9-5 Every other Saturday 9-5 Our medical spa values a positive, team-oriented culture and is committed to providing ongoing training and growth opportunities.
