Description Part-Time Merchandiser The Retail Merchandiser role provides merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for an assigned retail territory. Point-of-sale interaction is required and the ability to impact sales positively. Personal vehicle is required. Day shift (7 am to 4 pm) No weekends. Primary Job Responsibilities Build & maintain professional relationships with store management & associates. Set up & maintain in-store planograms Responsible for new product implementation on store shelves Ability to work under minimal supervision Requirements Work Experience-Requirement One year experience in dealing with the public at the retail sales level Able to lift 25 pounds Have a valid drivers license and be able to drive their vehicle Willing and able to work in refrigerated and freezer sections of the retail store Good vision and ability to operate a calculator, telephone, and copier Stand and/or walk for long periods Comfortably interact with the public Professional appearance & demeanor Familiar with Excel & Word Excellent verbal communication skills Dutch Farms is an equal-opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity.
