Description Ensures that all product is thoroughly merchandised to the designated location within each retail account in a timely and orderly manner. This position is part time and will only be on Saturday and Sundays servicing the Poteau/Stigler/Sallisaw/Gore areas. Responsibilities: Abides by all Company requirements and policies written in the Associate Handbook. Adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards. Maintains in working order all assigned company equipment and vehicles. Projects a positive image to all retailers, coworkers, and consumers, which is consistent with company expectations. Proven ability to build relationships with current retailers as well as form new partnerships with potential customers. Ensures product is thoroughly stocked and rotated in all designated coolers, maintains existing displays, and assists in building new displays. Rotates and merchandises inventory in all retail accounts to ensure the products sold remain in stock until the next delivery date. Merchandises product to ensure adherence to The Company FIFO procedure (First In First Out) Communicates potential out-of-stock situations to the team and maximizes sales every day. Understands that a flexible work schedule may be required for this position. Maintains an overall “look of the leader” appearance in the designated territory. Requirements Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass). 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience Preferred: BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field 2+ years customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry Physical Requirements: Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., climb, reach and perform various physical maneuvers to perform the essential functions of the job. Working Conditions: The employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme cold while merchandising and rotating products in coolers. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current valid Oklahoma or Arkansas Drivers Licenses depending on location. This license must comply with our insurance carrier’s guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver. ABLE Commission license if employed in Oklahoma.
