What We Offer * $18 / hour * Part-time schedule: Saturday & Monday, 6-8 hours/week * Mileage reimbursement * Paid training * Opportunities for advancement and career growth What You Will Do In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers. * Safely stock our products in assigned stores * Merchandise and rotate product * Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays * Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with co-workers What We Look For * Grocery experience (preferred but not required) * Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older * Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment * Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements * Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements The employing subsidiaries of Schwan's Company are Equal Employment Opportunity Employers. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Years of Related Experience: 0-2 years related experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to operate company equipment including handhelds; ability to communicateeffectively verbally; strong time management skills; valid driver's license; must possess a mobile device with data,text and voice capabilities. Ability to perform work in a fast-pace work environment , meet the defined physicalactivities, (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) and work in cold temperatures -20 degrees F, whileworking in store freezer units up to 20 minutes (~5 - 8 times daily).
