Baobab Collection is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our vibrant retail team in London. This role is perfect for someone who loves home décor, interior design, and fragrance, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a luxury retail setting.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for home fragrance, design, and lifestyle products.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (required).
• Confidence in selling and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to work across two London locations.
• Right to work in the UK (required).

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work 3 days per week (24 hours total) across both our Flagship store in Marylebone and our Selfridges London concession. The role involves delivering strong sales and KPIs, cultivating relationships with clients and department store teams, and maintaining high brand standards across locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver outstanding customer service to build client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, with a clear understanding of KPIs.
• Collaborate with Selfridges teams and store colleagues to maximise brand visibility and sales performance.
• Support store operations including:
• Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Stock management
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Maintain store presentation and represent Baobab Collection as a brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and ensure adherence to security procedures in the absence of a manager.
