Night Auditor My Place Hotel – Jamestown, ND Are you a night owl who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and working independently? My Place Hotel is looking for a dependable Night Auditor to join our team! This is more than just a front desk position-you'll be the face of the hotel overnight while ensuring guests receive outstanding service and the hotel is ready for a successful new day. If you're organized, trustworthy, and enjoy a mix of customer service, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As our Night Auditor, you'll help keep the hotel running smoothly while most of the world is asleep. Your responsibilities will include: Welcome guests with friendly, professional service during overnight hours. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs while accurately processing reservations and payments. Perform the nightly audit and balance the day's financial transactions. Answer phones, assist guests, and respond to questions or concerns with professionalism. Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate front desk records and logs. Promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program. Conduct routine security walks throughout the hotel, checking entrances, stairwells, hallways, lighting, and the parking lot. Help maintain a clean and welcoming hotel by completing light cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, making coffee, and tidying common areas. Assist guests with additional amenities such as towels, toiletries, cribs, or other requested items. Report maintenance, safety, or guest service concerns to management.
