Job Details Job Location: Fort Myers Beach, FL Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Category: Customer Service Description **Part-Time OVERNIGHT Schedule: Friday and Saturday night 11pm - 7am** This position is responsible for verifying the correctness of guest accounts by balancing cash department’s income. The Night Auditor will also post room, tax, phone, television and other charges to guest folios. Reconciles and balance all departments to final accounting reports by reviewing all department vouchers. All reports must be labeled and dated with a complete report detailing any adjustments for error. (a full explanation is to be included). Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A minimum of 6 months previous guest/customer service and cash handling/number recording experience required Must possess excellent oral and written skills Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the hotel/resort property 10% of assigned shift Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of assigned shift Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues Must have working ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel
