We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island. -Benefits Include: Competitive wages, flexible spending accounts, direct deposit, 401(k) plan, more. -Status: Part-time -Position: Night Porter - Custodial -Location: Honolulu, HI 96813 -Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM (17.5 hours weekly) -Compensation per hour: $17.00 Key Responsibilities and Requirements Include: -Ability to work both as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks. -Cleaning and maintaining the location, which includes: sweeping, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and vacuuming. -Cleaning restrooms and storage areas. -Removing trash, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated areas. -Restocking supplies. -Candidates must be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20–30 lbs. -Performing additional tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor. -Must successfully pass the HBM prescreen check.
