Description
The Nethersole School of Nursing Part-time Nurse The appointee will be responsible for (a) recruiting and engaging older adults in the community to participate in an online psychoeducation programme; (b) delivering weekly intervention sessions through Zoom, including health education and basic exercise demonstrations; (c) conducting needs assessments, and supporting participants in setting and reviewing individualized goals; (d) assisting in data collection, documentation, and data management; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Applicants should be/have (i) registered nurses in Hong Kong; (ii) a valid Practising Certificate issued by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong; (iii) at least 2 years’ relevant post-registration clinical experience, preferably in aged care, gerontology, rehabilitation, community care, or related settings; (iv) experience in delivering health education, conducting group sessions, or facilitating physical activity/mobility exercises (preferred/asset); (v) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); (vi) excellent communication skills; and (vii) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
