Description

Opportunities are available primarily for day time positions beginning at 6:30am with the opportunity for weekend coverage as needed and may be staffed on a full-time, part-time or adjunct basis. Clinical responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Providing Direct clinical supervision of up to 8 students * Completing all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner * Conducting effective pre and post-conferences * Providing meaningful and regular evaluation of students’ performance and progression * Facilitating learning and student development * Communicating effectively and professionally with faculty, students and clinical agency staff * Attending orientation and end of semester meeting Qualifications Qualifications/Skills: * Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Nursing * Current Pennsylvania Nursing License * Current Health Care BLS/AED certification * Minimum of 3 years medical-surgical/long term care nursing experience (preferred) * Previous Clinical Adjunct Experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

The nursing faculty will provide direct clinical supervision to students, complete required documentation, and conduct evaluations of student performance. They will also facilitate learning and communicate effectively with faculty and clinical staff.
