Description
Description Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the corporate office. Responsibilities: · Support daily administrative functions of the human resources, finance, sales, compliance and IT teams. · Oversee daily clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail · Assist with coordinating office events · Maintain office supplies and act as a liaison with vendors · Assist in keeping the office neat and orderly · Greet visitors and answer and/or distribute department calls and emails when needed · Other responsibilities as assigned by management Schedule: Monday through Thursday, approximately 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility. Final details will be discussed during the interview process. Pay Range: $17 to $20 Per Hour Requirements Skills Required: · Excellent communication and organization skills · Must be able to recognize, retain and preserve confidential information · Strong sense of customer service · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite · Basic knowledge of office equipment Travel & Work Conditions: · In-office position only, flexible schedule within working hours of the business · Primarily sedentary · Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds Education and Experience: · High school diploma required, some college preferred Work Authorization: · Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.
