Description

Everyday Helper is locally owned and located in Coralville, IA. We serve clients in Coralville, North Liberty, Tiffin, and Iowa City. We are looking for a part time independent contractor helper to assist our team as our office manager.

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO WORK FROM OUR CORALVILLE OFFICE. HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30AM-12:30PM, WITH POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL HOURS DURING BUSY SEASONS.

As our office manager, you will assist with managing the schedule, client communication via phone and email, staff communication via phone, invoicing, timesheets, and other administrative tasks and projects.
Additionally, you will be responsible for going to our clients homes for quality checks, going to homes of potential clients and providing estimates, helping with some of our Airnbnb homes which will require laundry and light cleaning, general errands, etc.
This position will offer a flexible schedule. You don’t have to be available every day Monday-Friday, but a consistent and reliable schedule is a must. Great part time job for retirees, and those looking for flexible part-time work while kids are in school, etc.
