Financial Management: Handle invoicing, bill payments, bank deposits, and overdue accounts receivable collection to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Office Equipment and Technology: Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and software. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office inventory, placing orders for materials and supplies as needed. Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to increase office efficiency and maintain a productive and safe work environment. Working Conditions: 8 to 20 hours per week depending on experience, capabilities, and interest Required work location in our office (not a remote work opportunity) Normal office and light manufacturing environment. Reports to the Center Manager. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? The ideal candidate is someone with the following experience and abilities: Office Management experience or Administrative Assistant experience is required Ability to work effectively in a small team environment Someone who enjoys interacting with a team and helping the team be successful Self-motivated and self-directed Outgoing personality Notary public certification is a plus
