Job Description
Reporting to our Senior People Director, you will maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. You will be in contact with all levels of internal staff, clients and visitors.
Following standard market practice, all roles in The Netherlands are offered on a 1-year contract with the view to make permanent beyond this point. You will work part-time from our Amsterdam office for a total of 14 weekly hours.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greet guests and manage visitor access.
  • Make sure that the office space meets health and safety regulations, and update monthly records.
  • Review and reply to mail and official documents in Dutch.
  • Collaborate with third-party companies such as security staff, reception and cleaning services to ensure that the office is tidy and organised.
  • Work with the IT Helpdesk to ensure that IT requirements are met throughout the office.
  • Support the HR team on the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Book travel and accommodation.
  • Order stationery, food and beverages for meetings and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Availability to work part-time from our office in the centre of Amsterdam.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Proficiency at managing time and prioritising multiple office and administrative tasks.
  • You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.
  • You show empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.
