Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time assistant to help the office manage on daily tasks. As a valued member of a small office based in Cheshunt you work alongside the Office Manager on daily tasks. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of excel and word and fluent on the busy phone lines therefore a very organised candidate is required.
This position will be four hours per day Monday to Friday. Flexible start time. Ideal candidate will be able to work extra hours to cover holidays and sickness when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration an essential
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and be very well organised
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
This position is an immediate start and is working 20 hrs per week (days) Monday – Friday in the Cheshunt area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
