*JOB SUMMARY: *

We are seeking a Part Time Onboarding Specialist to join our team at our Titusville, FL location. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires in the office, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role will involve providing support, guidance, and training to new employees to help them acclimate to their roles and the company culture.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or related field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  6. Familiarity with HRIS and onboarding software is a plus including JD Edwards
