Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this full-time position is responsible for Resident Accountability via incoming resident contact calls utilizing the T-Mobile Tracking cell phone system. They will handle additional receptionist duties, typing and/or word-processing, and other essential clerical support duties for the Bridgeton facilities.

KNOWLEDGE OF:

  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle high volume calls
  • Maintain accurate of call activities
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Modern office principles and protocol; Modern office equipment including computer; Word Processing software Modern Office principles and protocol.

ACADEMIC AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

This position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), one year of satisfactory performance in a clerical position with similar duties in a structured office environment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
