TV2, a leader in technical solutions for Internet Protocol Television providers, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and HR Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this part-time role, you’ll support finance, engineering, HR, and executive leadership to keep our business thriving. If you have masterful organization and administrative skills, thrive in a remote setting, and want to contribute to a client-focused leader on a part-time basis, this is a great opportunity.
Work a schedule of 10 a.m. to noon Pacific Time (1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time), Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to flex up to 15 hours/week as projects ebb and flow.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Engineering, Finance, HR, and the CEO.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors, and Canadian benefits and retirement administration.
  • Review, edit, and proofread key documents—like contracts and offer letters—ensuring they’re error-free and professional.
  • Streamline processes with DocuSign, preparing templates and tracking signatures.
  • Research, order, and track equipment or assets, keeping our team equipped for success.
  • Keep us on track by monitoring deadlines, sending timely reminders, and updating project statuses.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings. May assist with some travel.
  • Maintain organized digital records and databases, ensuring easy access to critical information.
    Tools You’ll Use: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, QuickBooks Online, BambooHR, SimplePay, Bill.com, Avalara, DocuSign, ProcureDesk, Zoho.
