POSITION OVERVIEW This part-time, hands-on role offers a great opportunity to work in an agricultural business and gain exposure to the seed industry. The Part-Time Operator ensures our customers in the North Sioux City, SD area get their products quickly and efficiently. They report to the Location Manager - North Sioux City. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Precisely pick orders from the warehouse for pickup or shipping Prepare orders for shipment or pickup in a timely and accurate manor to ensure on time delivery Be the face of Millborn to customers when helping with pickup orders and help with walk in customer business Maintain clean and orderly facility by executing daily cleaning tasks and inventory audits Additional responsibility granted per ability and drive Requirements SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Possess trustworthy and reliable character Able to work independently without direct supervision Ability to learn order management system and independently input and process orders Able to maintain positive attitude through challenging situations Represent Millborn Seeds in a professional manner Able to lift 64-pound unit equivalents and perform physical labor Is safety conscious: lifting, driving, operating machinery including forklift Able to work in warehouse environment where some dust is present Willing to work 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule Position is located in our North Sioux City, SD location Background in agriculture preferred but not required

Responsibilities

The Part-Time Operator is responsible for picking orders from the warehouse and preparing them for shipment or pickup. They also maintain a clean facility and represent Millborn to customers.
